Do Not Call Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline Legal Brand Marketing’s commitment to respecting individuals’ privacy preferences regarding telephone communications. This policy ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and agents of Legal Brand Marketing who engage in telephone marketing activities.

Policy Statement

Legal Brand Marketing is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws. As part of this commitment, we adhere to the following principles:

1. Do-Not-Call List Management:
   • Legal Brand Marketing maintains an internal DNC list that includes individuals who have requested not to receive marketing calls.
   • Employees and contractors must consult this list before making any outbound marketing calls.
   • If an individual requests to be added to the DNC list, their information must be promptly added and respected.
2. National Do Not Call Registry:
   • Legal Brand Marketing checks the National Do Not Call Registry regularly to ensure compliance.
   • We do not make unsolicited marketing calls to numbers listed on the registry.
3. Training and Awareness:
   • All employees involved in telephone marketing receive training on DNC compliance.
   • Training covers the legal requirements, procedures for handling DNC requests, and consequences of non-compliance.
4. Record Keeping:
   • Legal Brand Marketing maintains records of all DNC requests, including the date, time, and method of request.
   • These records are retained for a minimum of five years.
5. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors:
   • Any third-party vendors or contractors engaged in telephone marketing on behalf of Legal Brand Marketing must adhere to this policy.
   • Contracts with such vendors should include provisions related to DNC compliance.
6. Exemptions:
   • Legal Brand Marketing may contact individuals with whom we have an existing business relationship, even if they are on the DNC list.
   • Legal Brand Marketing may contact individuals who have given consent to be contacted by us, even if they are on the DNC list or the National Do Not Call Registry
   • However, we honor any specific requests from these individuals to be removed from our calling list.

Reporting Non-Compliance

Employees who become aware of any potential violations of this policy must report them promptly to their supervisor or the designated compliance officer.

Enforcement
